aku....
1. aku tergelak guling guling bila membaca berita ni di akhbar. Memang lawak upin dan ipin paling klakar tahap tak hengat punye.....
2. Saman eksekutif2x dia sampai ratus juta.... ko ingat diorang ada duit ke nak bayar tu? memang buang masa je saman saman. Diorang dah alih harta diorang atas nama bini n anak anak dah....kalau paling abis pun...isytihar bankrupt saja.....
3. Ni semua nak kata...."pasal eksekutif eksekutif ni la SD rugi besar". Woi mangkok.....ko kena buang semua semua yg terlibat dalam projek tu...baru betul. Mana boleh eksekutif n CEO ko tu buat keputusan tanpa justifkasi dari marhaen yg dibawah tu.....
4. Lembaga Pengarah tak buat apa apa ke masa projek nak 'go ahead' duulu dulu? lu orang tido makan gaji buta ye? Tak monitor progress projek ye? bagi aku...lembaga pengarah dia pun sama 2 x 5...... patut humban sekali......
Ni la antara berita lawak yg aku baca di surat kabo meloya dan berita hairan minggu ini.... memang lawak paling bodo yg disajikan kepada rakyat Malaysia.... nak menunjukkan yg diorang buat kerja post mortem....caittttttttttt
Ni aku nak bagitau....kalau SD ni dia memang la expert dalam perladangan...tapi kalau nak masuk dunia marin ni....kena la wat JV dulu.....jangan la main taram je.... amik projek EPCIC - engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning... kat Installation tu ada ka patut korang nak buat installation barge sndiri.... tak payah buat macam tu.... ko upah aje orang yg dah biasa buat installation tu.....dia siap ada barge sendiri lagi. Kepala korang pun tak sakit.
Lain kali....kalau nak buat sesuatu tu..... ko tanya la orang dulu. Guna ayat mudah paham. Tak yah bangga bangga ngan ayat mat saleh yg bombastik semua orang rasa janggal. Ishhhh..... geram aku.
Sime Darby sues Zubir and two others over Bakun Dam project

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Bhd and its three subsidiaries have filed another civil suit against its former group chief executive Datuk Seri Ahmad Zubir Murshid and two others for restitution of RM90.5mil relating to the Bakun Dam project.
The other two defendants are former head of the group’s energy and utilities (E&U) division, Datuk Mohamad Shukri Baharom, and former E&U division chief financial officer Abdul Rahim Ismail.
This is the second suit brought against the three men after an RM338mil suit was filed against them and two other defendants on Thursday by the group, which has diverse business interests including in the plantation, property and energy sectors.
Sime Engineering Sdn Bhd, Sime Darby Holdings Bhd and Sime Darby Energy Sdn Bhd are the subsidiaries named as plaintiffs in the suit.
The suit was filed through the firm Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co at the new commercial court registry here yesterday.
The suit claimed that in September last year, the board of directors realised there were cost overruns in four projects executed by the E&U division including the Bakun Dam project.
The Bakun Dam is the largest hydro-power project in the country that can generate 2,400MW of electricity.
In the statement of claim, Sime Darby is seeking for, among others:
> Orders for the three defendants to make restitution in the sum of RM74mil and RM16.5mil that were wrongly paid out in the dam project.
> An order that the damages be assessed and be paid by the three defendants for wrongly giving away plants to Sinohydro.
> Aggravated and exemplary damages to be paid by each of the defendants.
> Alternatively, an order that damages be assessed on the basis that each of the defendants acted in breach of trust and fiduciary duty and an order that such payment be made.
> An order that Mohamad Shukri and Ahmad Zubir each make restitution in the sum of RM851,313.49.
On Thursday, Ahmad Zubir, Mohamad Shukri and Abdul Rahim together with former oil and gas head of E&U division Abdul Kadir Alias and former Sime Darby Engineering senior general manager Mohd Zaki Othman were sued for restitution in the sum of at least RM338mil plus general and aggravated damages and other relief.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, the group said the suit against the five men was in connection with its loss-making Qatar Petroleum, Maersk Oil Qatar and marine projects.
